When will my order ship?
Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your cape every step of the way. During new releases, holidays, or special promotions, processing times may be slightly longer.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, CAPES ships exclusively within the United States. While we hope to expand internationally in the future, we are currently focused on providing the best possible experience for our U.S. customers. Be sure to join our email list or follow us on social media for updates as we continue to grow.
What payment methods are accepted?
We currently accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. You can also check out using Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other accelerated payment methods available at checkout. All payments are processed securely to ensure a safe and seamless shopping experience.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We want you to love your CAPE. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, eligible items may be returned or exchanged within 2 weeks of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition. Due to the nature of the product, certain limited-edition, custom, or final sale items may not qualify for returns or exchanges.
